10 Questions With Rochelle Jordan, As She Prepares To Launch Her Remix Album

By the pandemic, we had been starved of sticky dancefloors, sugary alcopops and the fitting to let free below the strobe lights of our favorite weekend spots. That’s why rising from lockdown, Rochelle Jordan has pivoted: crafting a few of her most hedonistic tracks to this point.

Chopping her enamel with experimental R&B, the British-born, Toronto-raised artist combined a cocktail of club-ready sounds on her 2021 album Play With The Adjustments. Colliding UK storage, skeletal D&B and left-field pop, the album is a tour de power in progressive dance.

Gearing as much as her debut London headline present at Corsica Studios, Jordan is releasing a slew of remixes of Play With The Adjustments standouts – the newest, “Bought Em” (Sango Remix) drops at the moment.
